I think it it very crtical go get back links from web 2.0 sites, but it pretty hard to get these links from high PR sites. Anyways nice list of the sites and thier PRs.

squidoo.com and hubpages.com always rank high with Google and are at the top of my list.

Not sure. Prob all follow. Websites can change from time to time to follow and nofollow, but did you know you actually need a mixture of both and nofollow links actually help boost your organic rankings. All dofollow links can trigger penalties and look ver unnatural. My advice, don’t worry about nofollow and dofollow and you’ll have a very natural looking link profile. People concerned about dofollow links are usually the very same people who get link penalties. What you need to be concerned about is getting quality relative links.

it is true, the above list have the high PR and good but if a direct link to the article and put the main blog can provide a backlink? I think not, because if we want to create a backlink should at least make an article which has been indexed by Google and got the rank in alexa.
